 | Once you have asked us to make a new set we will begin by trying to find as many pictures of the subject as possible. The better the pictures we can find the more detailed and accurate the finished figure will be.We then sculpt the figures with miliput on a wire skeleton. An RTV rubber mould is made and we hand cast a prototype set. The figures are filed and more detail added. When we are happy, the figures are placed into a rubber silicon mould where they are pressed and baked for one and a half hours. |
| The resulting mould is then put in the Centrifugul moulding machine so that we can mould our first set using white metal. The figures are then filed and polished ready for painting. We hand paint all our figures ourselves with acrylic paint and offer a choice of gloss, satin or matt varnish finishes. The new ranges will be painted with a more superior attention to detail than the old lead soldier range, which has a more traditional Toy Soldier look. | |
 | The figures are then photographed and individual Box Labels made encorporating the photos. The Figures are presented in a Collectors Leatherette Box with a sponge lining to protect the figures. |
